Who owns a listing?

A listing is owned by either:
  • An individual seller (seller_id is set, organization_id is null)
  • An organization (organization_id is set, seller_id is null)
Never both.

Who can manage an organization’s listing?

The current permission model is:
  • Owner/Admin: can edit listing basics, details, photos, documents, inventory, and status
  • Staff/Member: can manage inventory only
  • Staff/Member: cannot edit basics, details, photos, documents, or status

Who can delete an organization’s listing?

Only Owner/Admin can delete organization listings. Staff and members cannot delete listings.

What happens to listings if I leave an organization?

The listings stay with the organization. You lose access to edit or manage them.

What happens to my personal listings if I join an organization?

Nothing. Your personal listings remain yours. Organization membership is separate from personal selling. For paid visibility options during activation, see Social Promotion & Featured Spotlight.
